Rosalie (Crisafi) Musco, 97 of East Haven passed away peacefully at home on August 13, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born November 19, 1919 in East Haven to Michael and Beatrice (Cermola) Crisafi. She is the wife of the late Angelo H. Musco (1991). Rosalie was the mother of Diane (Anthony) Candido of Milford and Catherine (Carmine) Amento of East Haven. A proud grandmother of Denise (Joseph) Tiberio, Richard Sutphin and Michael Amento. A great grandmother of Olivia & Joseph Tiberio. Rosalie is also survived by siblings, Michael (Ann) Crisafi, Sebastian (Edna) Crisafi, and Ida Crisafi along with many nieces/nephews and dear friend and neighbor, Joan Fisher. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by her sister Alice (Harry) Anderson and her brothers Roland (Ann) Crisafi and Pasquale Crisafi. She was a retiree of Knights of Columbus Supreme Headquarters. She was an active parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul Parish where she served as past President of the Ladies Guild and was a Eucharistic Minister. Rosalie was honored as the recipient of the Archdiocesan St. Joseph Medal and Hopes Award for Parochial School Volunteer. The Musco family would like to thank the VNA Community Care and Hospice especially to Christina, Ashley, Amy and Jill. Also thank you to her home companion, Torri. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 9:30 AM until 11:40 AM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home at 11:45 AM for a 12:00 PM (Noon) Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 80 Taylor Ave., East Haven with Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven. Memorial contributions in Rosalie’s memory can be made to VNA Community Healthcare and Hospice, 753 Boston Post Rd, Guilford, CT 06437 or St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, payable to St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, 355 Foxon Rd, East Haven CT 06513.
