In Hospice, August 29, 2009, Marie Nastri Holland of Gerrish Ave, East Haven,
beloved wife of Thomas E. Holland and loving mother of Donna Holland, Gail Holland
and Thomas E. Holland, Jr. all of East Haven, cherished grandmother of Deidra and
Michael O'Connor and sister of Sarah Cerrilli and Bridget Mathews both of East Haven,
Lillian Carboni of West Haven and Pat Nastri of Guilford.
Mrs. Holland was born in New Haven, December 22, 1932, daughter of the late
Pasquale and Nancy Buonocore Nastri. She was a parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul
Church and a resident of East Haven for many years.
Funeral from The Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Wednesday
morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10 o'clock.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 8pm. Burial in East Lawn Cemetery. Memorial
contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN. 38105 or
Conn. Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, 06405.
