In New Haven, Oct. 19, 2009, Maureen Leprice Martorella, 62 of Gould Lane,Branford. Beloved wife of John Martorella. Mother of John Martorella Jr.of East Haven and Lisa (Thomas) Vece of North Haven. Grandmother of Kaitlyn and Emily Vece and Ryan and Jason Martorella. Sister of Carole
(Ken) Scialla of Enfield. Born Dec. 22, 1946 in New Haven a daughter of the late John and Helen Amendola Leprice, she was a graduate of Branford High School, class of 1965. She was a past member of the Italian-American Club of Branford.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, , Friday morning at 11:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church, Branford at 11:30. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4 – 8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fr. Michael McGivney Center for Cancer Care.,1450 Chapel Street., New Haven,CT 06511
