Anne (Birrell) Bowe 100 of East Haven passed away August 2, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Anne (Small) Birrell, husband, Francis Bowe (1999) and son, Richard Bowe. Anne is survived by her loving daughter, Judith Clarke (Brian) of Johnson City, TN, granddaughters, Patricia Seymour (Charlie) of North Branford and Nicole Henderson (Steve) of McDonald, PA along with three great grandchildren, Cory and Stephanie Seymour and Kelsey Henderson. All services will be private with Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven.
