Angelina (Troiano) Conte 85 of North Branford passed away November 27, 2021 at Ct Hospice in Branford. She was born October 25, 1936 in New Haven to Ciro and Jenny (Vetrano) Troiano. Angelina is survived by her two children, Angelo Conte (Mary Ann) of Uncasville and Joann Andrews (Robert) of East Haven along with four grandchildren, Vincent Dellisola, Mackenzie Andrews, Danielle Andrews and Zachary Conte (Carina). Angelina is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William Conte (2011). Angelina was raised on her family’s farm in North Branford the youngest and only sister to four brothers. Her early career began with training as a seamstress and she worked at Stauss-Adler for many years. Later in life, she transitioned to the position of Bindry forewoman at National Fulfillment in North Branford until her retirement. Angelina was an excellent cook and talented seamstress. She was a devout catholic and loved her Italian heritage. Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 in the St. Ambrose Parish at the Church of St. Augustine, 30 Caputo Rd., North Branford CT with burial to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford. Funeral services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven.
