Ralph G. Miranda Sr., 80, of Morris Cove passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on May 18, 2022. He was born February 19, 1942 in New Haven to Rocco and Faye (Laurello) Mirando. Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia (D’Andrea) Miranda and three children, James V. Miranda of New Haven, Ralph Mirando Jr. of East Haven and Jackie Mirando of East Haven along with three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bart Miranda.
Ralph was a singer/entertainer all of his life. He was known as CT's own Elvis, performing throughout the state. He later co-owned Versatile Entertainment, Disc Jockey & Music Service with his wife Cynthia.
Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11 A.M. in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, 80 Taylor Ave., East Haven with Committal to follow at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven. All services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven.
