Mary Hopkinson, 71, of Branford passed away June 10, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 27, 1950 in New Haven to Joseph and Madelyn (Hamilton) Hopkinson. Mary is survived by her siblings, David Hopkinson (Terri) of Milford, Beverly Hopkinson of Branford and James Hopkinson of Branford along with numerous nieces and nephews. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Bobby Bradley and Edward Regan, a brother, Joseph Hopkinson and a sister, Sharon May.
Mary worked at Branford Hills Healthcare for over a decade and retired to spend her golden years with the people she loved the most. Mary spent most of her life in East Haven growing up on Center Ave.in Momauguin. She later moved to Arizona with her second husband Edward to later move back with family in East Haven. She was a big animal lover and the type of person if she loved you she’d do anything she could for you. She will be missed tremendously.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 4 P.M. until the time of service at 6 P.M. in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private.
