Elizabeth B. Tucker, 92, of Branford passed away May 20, 2014, at Branford Hills Health Care Center. She was born February 26, 1922 in Branford to J. Arthur and Florence (Augur) Bradley. She is preceded in death by parents, husband Albert Tucker, Granddaughter, Andrea Tucker, sister, Dorothy Hurd, brothers, Charles and James Bradley. Elizabeth is survived by three sons, Ronald Tucker (Karen) of Clinton, Jonathan Tucker (Elaine) of Branford, Stephen Tucker of Old Saybrook, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and sister- in- law, Joyce Bradley. Elizabeth was a very kind and loving person who always put others first. She was an active member of The First Congregational Church of Branford. She enjoyed genealogy, camping, country and blue grass music. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a memorial service on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in First Congregational Church, Branford Center, Branford. Burial will be private at Branford Center Cemetery, Branford, CT. Clancy Funeral Home; East Haven is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the First Congregational Church of Branford.
