Evelyn D’Ambrosio, 65 of East Haven, passed away June 25, 2014 at her niece’s house in Wallingford. She was born May 13, 1949 in New Haven to John and Theresa (Giglietti) Mironick. She is preceded in death by parents and husband, John D’Ambrosio. Evelyn is survived by daughter, Toni D’Ambrosio (Fiancé Sarah Look) of Waltham, MA, children; Karrie Ferriouolo of East Haven, Evelyn Ferriouolo (Joanne) of Rhode Island, step-children Eric D’Ambrosio (Brandy) of Northboro, MA, Dan D’Ambrosio (Denise) of New Britain, CT and a sister, Kathy Scalia (Dominic) of Northford. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Mariah Rose, Cassey Ferriouolo, Marc Canzanella Jr., Hadley D’Ambrosio, Brayden D’Ambrosio and one great grandchild, Andre Brown.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home at 11:00 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 in St. Vincent de Paul Church, East Haven. Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven.
