Francis “Frank” Swan, 55, of East Haven passed away March 7, 2015. He was born July 28, 1959 in New Haven to Francis and Rose Swan. He was preceded in death by his father. Francis is survived by his mother, two sons along with three brothers and a sister. Francis was a proud US Navy veteran and former employee of MDStetson in East Haven.
Family will receive friends from 4 PM until the time of service at 7 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2015 in the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Frank’s church: Grace Fellowship, 965 West Main St, Branford, CT 06512.
