Andrea Martinez 79 of New Haven and East Haven passed away June 13, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born November 30, 1935 in Puerto Rico to Miguel and Agueda (Adorno) Andujar. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jose Martinez and daughter, Evelyn Rivera. Andrea is survived by her daughters, Gladys Martinez-Andujar (Luis) of Puerto Rico and Nancy Martinez of New Haven, sons, Joseph Martinez (Niurka) of New Haven and Raymond Martinez (Barbara) of East Haven. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, a sister, Margo of New York and three other sisters in Puerto Rico.
Family and friends are invited to visit and attend the funeral service at Assembly of Pentecostal Church, 855 Grand Ave., New Haven on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 7 to 9 PM. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven. Funeral services are under the care and direction of Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
