Joan Fisher, 75 of East Haven passed away August 31, 2023 at Newtown Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 12, 1948 in New Haven to Geraldine Fisher. Joan is survived by her loving and devoted family, Arthur Cafasso (Jan) and their children, Marc and Alexa Cafasso, whom Joan loved very much.
Joan was a loving, kind and gentle soul who was devoted to her God and Savior. Joan was an avid Yale Hockey fan and a season ticket holder of the NY Yankees. Joan was a longtime employee of Olive Electric and Yale Surgical.
A private graveside service will be held and Joan will be laid to rest beside her mom, Geraldine. All services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Donations may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society.
