Frank Miele, 91 of Little River, SC passed away November 23, 2023 at CT Hospice. He was born July 24,1932 in Waterbury to Michael and Roselina (Vaccarelli) Miele. Frank is survived by his son, Michael Miele (Cathy) of SC, three grandchildren, a sister, Eleanor Brienza of Milford, a nephew, Charles Brienza (Joy) of Milford and a niece, Lisa Piscitelli (Richard) of Milford.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marilyn Miele and daughter, Donna Mutino.
Frank attended Waterbury schools. At a young age, he enlisted in the Navy and was a member of the Seabees. Frank was a man of many hats and held several positions throughout his career. After retiring from Westinghouse, Frank owned a convenience store. He was an avid golfer and boatman. His love for life was immense with a heart of gold.
Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a graveside service on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 10 AM in Calvary Cemetery, 2324 E. Main Street, Waterbury, CT (Please go directly to the cemetery). All services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, East Haven, CT.
