Obituary of Robert Cordova Sr.

Robert Anthony Cordova Sr., 49 of East Haven passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2024. He was born September 13, 1974 in New Haven to Joseph Cordova and Jennifer (McKay) St.Arnault. Robert is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 34 years, Danielle (Maselli) Cordova and their children; Robert Cordova Jr. (Mandy) of Wallingford, Ashley Cordova of East Haven, Ryan Cordova (Sam) of East Haven, Makayla Cordova (Elian) of East Haven and Isabella Cordova of East Haven along with five grandchildren he adored; Adriana, Antonio, Vincenzo, Santino and Luciana. Robert is also survived by his siblings; Joseph Cordova, Crystal Cordova, Michelle Cordova, Christine Cordova, Clifford St.Arnault and Sunshine Kramer, many nieces/nephews and his pet companions, “Zeus” and “Munchkin.” Robert is preceded in death by his father, maternal grandparents, Irving and Dorothy McKay and his mother-in-law, Charlene Maselli. Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was an avid motorcycle rider who enjoyed his time on the road with his “brothers” and having his wife on back. Robert was a construction worker by trade, and later the owner and operator of RJ Roofing & Siding. Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 12 P.M. (NOON) until the time of service at 2:30 P.M. in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven.
