William Emmanuel “Bill” Peluso Jr., 77 lifelong resident of East Haven went to join his Heavenly Father on March 8, 2024. He was born October 12, 1946 in New Haven to William Sr. and Rose (Santarcangelo) Peluso. Bill is survived by his loving wife of over 58 years, Donna (Colberg) Peluso and their three devoted children; Terri-Ann Peluso-Minter of Las Vegas, William Peluso III (Rose) of Meriden and Donna Juliano (Philip Jr.) of Guilford. William is also survived by seven grandchildren he adored; William Peluso IV, twins, Jennifer Peluso and Valerie Peluso, Tiffany Lee Medina (Josue), Philip Juliano III (Samantha), Kayla Juliano and Tyler Juliano along with five great grandchildren; Gianna-Lyse Medina, Arianna Medina, Lilianna Medina, Charlotte Juliano and Leo Juliano. Bill is the brother-in-law to Stuart Kipperman of AZ, Gail Natale of AZ and Cheryl Alteiri (Joseph) of North Branford and the uncle to many nieces and nephews who will miss his great stories and silly jokes. Bill is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Patricia Kipperman and a brother-in-law, Anthony Natale. Bill was the owner and operator of Propel Business Forms and later worked for many years at Superior Pawn & Jewelry in New Haven. Bill was known for his kind and compassionate personality. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was humble and selfless, always offering encouragement and counsel to those most in need. He will be missed by all. The Peluso family would like to express a sincere “Thank You” to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at YNHH, St. Raphael Campus Medical ICU for their kind and compassionate care of their dad. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 P.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 15 at 11 A.M. in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at the Church of St. Vincent de Paul, 80 Taylor Ave., East Haven with Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas TX 75284-0692 in memory of William “Bill” Peluso. “Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go"
