Obituary of Jaclyn A. Fitzgerald

On Thursday February 24, 2011 , Jaclyn Anne Fitzgerald, 24, of 30 Namonee Trail, East Hampton was tragically and prematurely taken from all who loved her. Jaclyn shared her life with; her Twin sister Lindsay Marie Fitzgerald, beloved older sister Danielle Suzanne Fitzgerald Pagano, and loving father John Daniel Fitzgerald. Also leaves behind; grandfather John LaFrance, aunt Sharon Garguilo her husband Frank and their children Stacy and Janell,Uncle John LaFrance his wife Gina and their children J.J. and Dionna. Predeceased by her grandmother Assunta Goglia LaFrance. Jaclyn was also predeceased by her beloved mother Suzanne Marie Fitzgerald . Jaclyn and her mother Suzanne are once again reunited,and shining down upon all who loved them. Born Dec.15,1986 in New Haven, a sweet, loving, generous, and pure hearted girl. Jaclyn graduated from Daniel Hand High School, a high honor student,and a cheerleader.She also earned her certificate in medical assisting and was going back to school for childhood education. Jaclyn loved the beach, and filled her home with beautiful things reminiscent of a beachside cottage. Her daily life was spent talking to her sisters,or spending her time with her dog Cash, taking him on hikes, and relaxing with him along side a cup of hot tea and a good Lifetime movie or a bedtime novel. Among her family and many close friends, she was closest with her sisters, especially her twin Lindsay, her companion and best friend. Jaclyn will always be remembered as having a smile that could light up the whole room,and a voice as pure and sweet as an angel. Jaclyn will never be forgotten, she will always be in our thoughts, and forever in our hearts. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Saturday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30.
