Obituary of Victoria E. Potoniec

In Vermont, April 22,2011, Victoria E. Alex Potoniec, 83, of East Haven. Wife of the late Walter L. Potoniec. Mother of Walter S. Potoniec of East Haven, Victoria E. Connolly and husband Edward of Northford and the late Patricia Potoniec who died as an infant. Grandmother of Christopher Connolly and Jeffrey Connolly, both of NY. Sister of Bob Alex and wife Betty of Branford. Born Dec. 24,1927 in New Haven a daughter of the late John and Victoria Alex, she was a graduate of Branford High School and had lived in East Haven for many years. She was a communicant of St. Clare Church in East Haven and enjoyed her time spent in Vermont. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Wednesday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Clare Church at 10:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday morning prior to the Mass from 8:30-9:30.
