Obituary of Barbara J. Wynne

In Talmadge Park, June 10,2011, Barbara J. Petersen Wynne, 76, of East Haven.Wife of the late Richard Henry Sr. and Edward Wynne. Beloved mother of Chip Henry and wife Leslie of Las Vegas,NV, Richard Henry Jr. and wife Ciria of Oklahoma City,OK, Mary Monico and husband Prisco of East Haven, Debbie Morgan and husband Bill of East Haven and Janet Moscato and husband Anthony of East Haven. Step mother of Kimmie Johnson of West Haven and Tracey Madigan of East Haven. Sister of Janet Farley of Gadsen,AL. Also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson Anthony D. Moscato Jr. Born March 1,1935 in Chicago,IL, a daughter of the late Harvey S. and Pauline J. Keusder Petersen, she was a graduate of Austin High School in Chicago. Barbara was employed for many years at Union Trust, retiring in 1990 as head teller.She was an active member for over fifty four years at the Branford Manor Ladies Auxiliary and had served as director of the Bradford Manor Drum Corp until it disbanded in 1978. She was also a member of Local 1205 Ladies Auxiliary. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Tuesday morning at 10:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Clare Church at 10:30. Interment will be private. Friends may call Monday from 4 - 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Anthony D. Moscato Jr. Scholarship Fund, 81 Cosey Beach Ave., East Haven, CT 06512. Barbara's family would like to thank the entire staff at Talmadge Park Nursing Home.
