In East Haven, Oct.29,2011,Nancy J. Zampano Paolillo,90,of Dodge Ave.,East Haven. Wife of the late John B. Paolillo. Mother of Ronald (Louise) Paolillo Sr. of East Haven, John Paolillo Jr. of Harlem,NY and Vivian (John) Magunson of North Haven. Also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her many dear friends at Talmadge Park. She was predeceased by brothers Anthony, Dominic, Louis, Herbert and Patrick Zampano and sisters Filomena Rea and Elizabeth Gambardella. Born April 24,1921 in New Haven a daughter of the late Joseph and Vivian Zampano.She had been a lunch mother at DC Moore School for several years.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven, Wednesday morning at 10:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 11:00. Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 9:00-10:30. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis,TN, 38105-1905. Nancy's family would like to thank the entire staff of the Talmadge Park Nursing Home for the compassionate and excelent care given to her during her stay there.
