Beloved mother of John (Dorothy) Bruno of Westerly,RI, Gloria (Victor) Florio of North Haven and Rose Bruno of East Haven.Grandmother of Annemarie (Michael) Mariano of Meriden,Mary Lou (Andy) Galushko of Wallingford,Anthony Florio of Branford,Peter Bruno of MA and Michael Bruno of Meriden.Great grandmother of Victoria,Mikhayla,Alexandra,Maxwell and Ava. Sister of Lena Esposito of East Haven,Josephine Ardito of East Haven,Angelina Landino of Hamden and the late Anthony Pesce,Rose Carbo and Jean Piscitelli.Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born July 26,1915 in East Haven a daughter of the late Joseph and Marion Aceto Pesce, she was a lifelong East Haven resident and was a former member of the East Haven Senior Center. Vivian was born with a green thumb and a love of gardening and could grow just about anything. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Friday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10:00. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.Friends may call Friday morning prior to the Mass from 8:30-9:30.
