In the Hospital of St. Raphael,Dec 28,2011, Frank R. Quagliano,87, former longtime resident of Maple St., East Haven. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann Riccitelli Quagliano. Father of Judith A. Busher and husband Joseph of East Haven, Francis C. Quagliano and wife Annette of Cheshire and Carol L. Murphy of Mahopac,NY. Grandfather of Michael A. Riggione III and wife Penny,Frank C. Riggione,April L. Rudman and husband Brad,Frank C. Quagliano,Anthony M. Quagliano, Annmarie P. Murphy,Diana L. Murphy and Kelly A. Murphy. Great grandfather of Christina V. Riggione, Michael A.Riggione IV, Jackson H. Rudman,Madison Rudman and Reagan Rudman. Brother of the late Charles Quagliano,Salvatore "Butch" Quagliano and Marie Paturzo. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born July 5,1924 in New Haven a son of the late Thomas and Anna Durso Quagliano, he had worked as an appliance repairman for many years, first with Westinghouse and then Hallocks from where he retired. Frank was a parishoner of Our Lady of Pompeii Church in East Haven, was a life member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the East Haven Stoners Club.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven, Saturday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 9:30. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY (TODAY) from 4-8pm.
