In Conn. Hospice, Branford, Feb.29, 2012, after a long illness, Elizabeth A."Betty" Schatzlein, 81, of East Haven. Beloved wife of Warren W. Schatzlein. Mother of Maureen(Denis)Frappier of Hamden, Craig(Betsy)Schatzlein of Hartford, Kathryn(Thomas)Hinckley of East Haven, Scott(Constance) Schatzlein of North Haven and Lee(Donna)Schatzlein of Tolland. Sister of Roberta “Toby"(Michael) Montesanto of East Haven, John"Jack"(Linda) Henry of Guilford and Edmund (Gail) Henry Jr. of FL. Also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Born Dec.11, 1930 in East Haven a daughter of the late Edmund and Loretta Poirot Henry, she was a graduate of East Haven High School, class of 1948. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven, Monday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St.Vincent de Paul Church at 10:00. Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 4-7pm. Betty's family would like to extend a special thank you to everyone at Conn. Hospice for the kindness and loving care given to her during her time there. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Conn. Hospice, 100, Double Beach Rd, Branford, CT 06405.
