In New Haven,May 9,2012, Kathryn I. Zarnetski Abreu, 78, of Eastern St.,New Haven. Mother of Kathryn I. Yukness of New Haven. Grandmother of Carl Henry Yukness of Branford. Sister of the late Richard Zarnetski,Arthur Zarnetski and Henry Baker. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born Aug.20,1933 in New Haven a daughter of the late Carl A. and Irene Reilly Zarnetski, she had been employed by the Hospital of St. Raphael in the laundry dept.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at Bella Vista Senior Housing where she resided. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospital of St. Raphael Foundation, 1450 Chapel St.,New Haven,CT 06511 or the American Diabetes Assoc., PO Box 11454,Alexandria,VA,22312. Arrangememts are with the Clancy Funeral Home,East Haven.
