In Michigan,June 29,2012,Michael J. Benway Jr.,37,of West Haven.Survived by his mother and step father,Linda and Thomas Smith of East Haven,his father Michael J. Benway Sr.of Plymouth,his fiancee Rebecca Wright of West Haven, his maternal grandmother Eleanor Smith of East Haven, four sisters Michelle Benway,Kimberly Smith and Kelly Smith,all of East Haven and Natalie Ramadanovic of North Haven, a step brother Thomas Smith of East Haven,an uncle Thomas Volturno of East Haven and nieces and nephews, Brendan,Damien and Haley Benway,Jada Pellegrino and Anthony Delesio. Born May 6,1975 in Milford he had been employed as a roofer with several area roofing companies.
Family and friends may call Thursday from 5-7 pm at the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven. A prayer service will be held at 7:00pm. Burial will be private.
