In New Haven September 7, 2012 Mary H. (Dalton) Sullivan 81, of New Haven. Wife of the late John J. Sullivan, Sr. Loving mother of Daniel Sullivan and his wife Melissa Prevey of Redding and John J. Sullivan Jr. and his wife Peggy Sullivan of East Haven. Also survived by 4 cherished grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Charles Sullivan, brothers James, Joseph, Walter, Francis and Andrew Dalton and a sister Judith Idarola. Mrs. Sullivan was born in New Haven May 6, 1931 daughter of the late Francis and Helen Donnelly Dalton. Prior to retirement she worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Emerson Electric in Milford. Funeral from Clancy Funeral Home 43 Kirkham Ave. East Haven Thursday at 9a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Clare Church. Burial in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to American Lung Association 45 Ash Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.
