In New Haven,Dec.26,2012, Eleanor C. Balestracci Bonfiglio,80, longtime resident of Gordon St.,East Haven. Wife of the late Eugene L. Bonfiglio. Mother of Paula A. Nazzaro and husband Anthony of East Haven and Robert M. Bonfiglio of Boca Raton,FL. Grandmother of Anthony J. Nazzaro Jr,Eugene M. Nazzaro and the late Amanda Nazzaro. Sister of Tillie Caso of Branford,Reva Hottin and husband Ray of Hamden and the late Anna Normandy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born Oct.1,1932 in New Haven a daughter of the late Constantino and Cecelia Finos Balestracci, she graduated from high school in New Haven and had been employed for many years at C&F Cheese Co. in East Haven. Eleanor enjoyed going to Mohegan Sun Casino with friends and family.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven, Saturday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10:00. Burial will be private.
