At home,Jan.12,2013,with her loving family at her side, Lucille Carrano Tata,86, longtime resident of Woodward Ave,New Haven. Wife of the late Anthony P. Tata. Mother of Cheryl Piscitelli and husband Robert of Hamden. Grandmother of Robert,Michael and Renee Piscitelli. Great grandmother of Gianna,Mea and Jada Piscitelli. Sister of Michael Carrano and Dolores Colaluce,both of FL and the late Neil Carrano. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born May 16,1926 in New Haven a daughter of the late Michael and Nannina Canosa Carrano she was a graduate of the former Commercial High School in New Haven and was a longtime member of St. Vincent de Paul Church in East Haven and was a former member of the Ladies Guild of the church.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven,Thursday morning at 10:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 11:00. Burial will follow in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call WEdnesday from 5-8pm.
