Robert E. Luden, 52 of East Haven, passed away May 28, 2013. He was born September 11, 1960 in New Haven to Rogers and Annie (Mcentee) Luden. Robert is preceded in death by father. He is survived by his mother, Annie Luden of East Haven, wife, Hanna Marie (Sigmarsdottir) of East Haven, son, Robert Luden and daughter, Emma Luden. Robert is also survived by sisters, Sandra Campagnuolo (Vincent) of Florida, Maureen Luden of Madison, Patricia Luden (George Roth) of NY and a brother, Rogers Luden Jr. of New Haven, father-in-law, Sigmar Mariusson (widow of Thordis Johannsdottir). Robert was a US Navy veteran serving in Hawaii on a naval destroyer and had 27 years of service with Metro North working on the railroad. Family will receive friends from 2:30 to 7:00 PM, Sunday, June 2 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home on Monday at 10 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Clare Church, 234 Coe Ave, East Haven. Committal to follow at East Lawn Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to East Haven Food Pantry, 39 Park Place, East Haven, CT, 06512 or Boy Scout Troop 401, c/o Ned & Bonnie Tylor, Old Stone Church, 251 Main Street, East Haven, CT 06512 in memory of Robert Luden.
