Anthony Criscuolo, 91 of New Haven, passed away December 6, 2013 at CT Hospice after a sudden illness. He was born February 28, 1922 in New Haven to Bonaventura and Anna (Colavolpe) Criscuolo. Anthony is preceded in death by parents, wife, Anna (Mannochi) Criscuolo and siblings; Louis Criscuolo, Salvatore Criscuolo, Nicholas Criscuolo, Anna Criscuolo, Carmel “Minnie” Savenelli and Margaret Ioviene. Anthony is survived by daughter, Anne Demchak of New Haven, two grandchildren; Michael Demchak of Meriden and Laurie Giza (Joseph) of Quincy, MA and two great grandchildren; Eddie and Zoe Giza. Anthony is also survived sister, Mary Esposito of East Haven and brother, Benny Criscuolo (Carol) of R.I. Anthony was a retired employee of Michael Schiavone and Sons in North Haven with over 40 years of service. He was a lifelong member of Knights of Columbus: Fr. Ragan Council #3269.
Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 12:00 (Noon) in St. Clare Church, 234 Coe Ave. East Haven. Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery. Funeral services in the care of Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford CT 06405 in memory of Anthony Criscuolo
