Edward W. Leeper Jr., 73 of New Haven, passed away February 16, 2014 at home. He is survived by three daughters; Donna Morann of East Haven, Cynthia Pugliese (Salvatore) of Cheshire, Kristen Markarian (John) of Cheshire, four grandchildren and four nieces; Susan Clark, M.Celine Price, Katherine Clark Dorroh and Carol Apuzzo. All services will be private with the Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
