Outram Sewdiyal, 69 of East Haven, passed away February 25, 2014 at CT Hospice. He is preceded in death by parents, Seeram Sewdiyal and Phulkomari and wife, Jasmattie. Outram is survived by four children; Indra Devi Sewdiyal (Deobdat Lalman) of East Haven, Ravindranauth Outram of East Haven, Krishna Outram (Uma) of Guyana and Arjune Sewdiyal (Bharti) of East Haven. Family will receive friends from 6 to 10 PM Saturday and 5 to 9 PM Sunday at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. On Monday, family will meet at funeral home at 7 am to begin services with vigil at 9:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery.
