Charlotte A. Hart 84, of East Haven, passed away March 28, 2014 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born September 20, 1929 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Frederick and Mary (McLaughlin) Simmons. She is survived by three children; Charlene DeBlasi (Brian) of Wallingford, twins, Joyce Streeter of East Haven and John Hart of Florida. Charlotte is also survived by nine grandchildren; Raymond Zona, Carrie Zona, Thomas Streeter II, Joseph Streeter, John Hart, Brian Hart, Michael Zona, Sara Hart, David DeBlasi and seven great grandchildren. Charlotte enjoyed playing bingo, Wii and spending time with her friends at the Orchard House in Branford and East Haven Senior Center.
Family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2014 in First and Wesley United Methodist Church, 89 Center Street, West Haven, burial to follow at East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven. Funeral services are in the care of Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
