Julia Georgiana (Barbuto) Nardini 77, of North Branford went to be amongst the Angels on June 26, 2014, after a 25 year courageous fight with emphysema. Julia was born February 13, 1937 to Julia (Piscittelli) Distasio and George Barbuto. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Anthony, Joseph and Albert DelVeccio. Julia is survived by three children, Kimbely Nardini, of East Haven, Dina Nardini ( Jim), of Branford, and Dante Nardini ( Cindy ) of North Branford, a sister Eleanor Williams ( John ) of North Branford , and grandchildren; Anthony Fiorillo, Cheyenne and Jesse Doebrick, Steven Nardini, Nicholas and Jonathan DeMorro.
Family will receive friends from 4pm to 7pm on Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 355 Foxon Rd., East Haven. Committal to follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven,CT
