Josephine Laudano 88 of New Haven passed away July 18, 2014 at CT Hospice. She was born January 9, 1926 in New Haven to Frederick and Louise (DeMartino) Cipriano. She is preceded in death by parents and husband, Joseph Laudano. Josephine is survived by son, Ken Laudano of New Haven, two grandsons, Alexander Laudano and Gabriel Laudano, brothers, Anthony Cipriano (Christine) of North Haven, Gene Cipriano of CA and a sister, Marie DeMusis of West Haven. Josephine was a retired employee of SNET with over 37 years of service. She attended East Shore Senior Center and St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Family will receive friends from 8:30 to 9:30 AM on Tuesday, July 22 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Tuesday in St. Bernadette Church, 385 Townsend Ave., New Haven. Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Bernadette School, 385 Townsend Ave., New Haven, CT 06512 in memory of Josephine Laudano.
