Joseph Fallon, 84, of East Haven died December 7, 2014. He was born April 16, 1930 in Ireland to Philip and Nora (King) Fallon. He is preceded in death by parents, brothers, Thomas and James Fallon and sister, Rita Fallon. Joseph is survived by loving wife of 47 years, Nora (Connolly) Fallon, daughter, Bridget McCann (Daniel) of East Haven and two grand children, Kelly and Erin McCann. Joseph originally came to the USA from Co. Roscommon Ireland to Pittsburgh PA. He then moved to NY and worked over 25 years as an iron worker for Dependable Steel. Joseph was an accomplished carpenter and spent many hours crafting hand-made furniture. The biggest joy was spending time with his family and especially playing with his two grand-daughters Kelly and Erin
Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home on Friday at 9:40 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Taylor Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private. Funeral services are in the care of Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
