In CT Hospice, with her loving family by her side, Alberta W. Klotzberger Smith, 59, of West Haven. Wife of the late Lawrence Smith. Beloved mother of Leah Hayes of Meriden, Valerie Smith of West Haven, James (Nancy) Curr III of North Haven, and John(Jennifer)Carr of New Haven. Sister of Dorothy Morgillo of East Haven, Carrie Socha of Middletown and the late John and Donald Klotzberger. Also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Born December 8,1949, in New Haven a daughter of the late John E. and Dorothy E. Ericson Klotzberger, she had worked for many years as a Certified Nurses Aide and had also had been a school bus driver. She had been a member of the Good Sam Club.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10: 00 in the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Branford. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8pm. Memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
