In CT Hospice March 3, 2009 Kenneth J. LaFontaine 71, of Laurel St., East Haven. Beloved husband of Arletta (Smith) LaFontaine. Loving father of Raymond LaFontaine of Arlington, MA, Scott LaFontaine and Kenneth LaFontaine, Jr. both of East Haven, brother of Barbara Batt of Haddam. Also survived by his cherished grandchildren Jenna, Briana and Scott, Jr. He was predeceased by brothers Thomas and William LaFontaine. Kenneth was born September 23, 1937 son of the late William and Josephine Kronberg LaFontaine. Prior to his retirement he was a repair man for Sears for 35 years. He had served in the U.S. Airforce.
Funeral services are Saturday at 10am in Clancy Funeral Home 43, Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 5-8pm.
