Obituary of Raymond F. Sullivan

In St. Raphael's Hospital, May 24, 2009, Raymond F. Sullivan of Gerrish Ave., East Haven, husband of the late Anne Montano Sullivan and father of Mary Ellen Sullivan of Rhode Island, Nancy Mongillo of New Haven, Margaret Prendergas of East Haven and Katheryn Seipold of New Hampshire, brother of Doris Coppola of Woodbridge, Norma Contois of New Haven, Patricia Rowland of Branford and the late Vera Baur, Nancy Brocar, Jeanne Anderson, Barbara Connolly, Marcus, Edward, John and Kenneth Sullivan; grandfather of Dr. Frank J. Mongillo, Wendy Mongillo, Eric and Matthew Seipold, Christin DeLisle, John, Caitlin and Rebecca Magner and Meaghan Prendergast; also survived by two great grand- children, Zachary Seipold and Aidan DeLisle. Mr. Sullivan was born in New Haven, June 24, 1916, son of the late John and Ann Sullivan. He was, after 30 years of service, an employee of the former New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad. Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Thursday morning at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 10 o'clock.
