Branford. Loving sister of Ruth Johnson and her husband Lennart of
Homewood, Illinois, aunt of Mary Clare (Tim) Tobey, Kevin (Kathy)
Johnson, Norene (Mark) Martone, Erin (Joe) Byrne and Kristin (Jeff) Schmal.
Also survived by 10 grand nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers
Carl F. Johnson and Kenneth H. Johnson. Anna was born in New Haven daughter
of the late C. Hugo and Amelia (Freeberg) Johnson. Prior to her retirement
she was a bookkeeper for Wyatt Coal and Oil Co. She was a lifetime member
of Tabor Lutheran Church, a 50 year member of the Eastern Star Georgia
Chapter #48, a 50 year member of Vasa Lodge #3 in New Haven and a member of
the Branford Senior Citizens.
Funeral services in Tabor Lutheran Church Saturday at 11 am. Burial
in Tabor Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Curtis-Sisk Brothers Funeral
Home 43 Kirkham Ave. East Haven in care of arrangements.
