In Orange, Feb. 21, 2010, Blanche Claude Appicella, 93, formerly of Chapel St., New
Haven. Mother of Sue Ellen (William) Limauro of New Haven. Grandmother of William
Lamauro Jr. Sister of the late Charles Claude and Marion Heslin. Aunt to Claudette
Lipp, Nora and Charles (Peggy) Claude and several other nieces and nephews. Born April 9, 1916
in New Haven a daughter of the late Alexander and Ada Bishop Claude.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 in the Clancy Funeral Home,
43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Friends may
call Wednesday morning prior to the service from 10:00. Memorial contributions may
be made to the Orange Health Care Center Recreation Fund, 225 Boston Post Rd., Orange
CT 06477.
