In East Haven, June 8, 2010, Elizabeth M. Curcio Fitzgerald, 78, of
Deerfield St., East Haven. Wife of the late John D. Fitzgerald. Mother
of John D. Fitzgerald Jr. of Branford. Grandmother of Danielle Pagano,
Jacklyn Fitzgerald and Lindsey Fitzgerald. Sister of the late Anthony
Curcio, Evelyn Curcio and Louise Chabenek. Mother in law of the late Susan
Fitzgerald. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born Nov. 22, 1931
in New Haven a daughter of the late Anthony and Ora Curcio, she was a
graduate of Hillhouse High School and was employed as a hairdresser for
many years and owned her own shop, Petite Fleur in New Haven.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Monday
morning at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church
at 9:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday
from 4 - 6 pm.
