In Wallingford October 20, 2010, Carmel O. Cavaliere, lifelong resident of New Haven. Sister of Concetta “Connie” Siena of Wallingford , Madeline Higgins of Florida, and the late Louis Cavaliere, Rose Mongillo and Louis Gianfredo. Aunt of Robert (Irene) Siena, Peter, Christopher, and Dennis Cavaliere, and Ed Mongillo.
Great Aunt of Lindsay Mongillo, Christian Cavaliere and Carli Cavaliere. Born July 16,1923 in New Haven a daughter of the late Peter and Palma Acampora Cavaliere,she was a member of the Ladies Guild of St. Vincent de Paul Church and a member of the New Haven Council of Catholic Women. Before her retirement she worked for Sargent and Company in the key layout department.
Funeral from Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Saturday morning at 9:30.. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Taylor Ave., East Haven at 10:00. Burial in
