In Branford, Nov. 11,2010, Lorraine Dohna Savage, 81, of New Haven. Wife of the late Henry Savage (NHFD). Mother of Stephen H. Savage, LTC-US Army (Ret.) of MD and Cherie Savage of East Haven. Grandmother of Anya Savage of MD and Lauren Jackson of East Haven. Sister of Robert Dohna of Branford and the late Marion Meeker and Doris Sholes. Born Nov. 5,1929 in New Haven a daughter of the late Harold and Geraldine Cody Dohna, she was a graduate of Branford High School. Lorraine was a communicant of St. Bernadette Church in New Haven and was an avid traveler and gardener.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Monday morning at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernadette Church at 9:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 3 - 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford,CT 06405.
