Annette Esposito, 79, of East Haven passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 24, 2021. She was born December 20, 1941 in New Haven to the late Vincent and Anna (Orifice) Melotti. Annette is survived by her Daughter Annette Miller (Rich) of East Haven, Stepdaughter Shannon Marie Miller of Branford and Cousin Maria Smith (Mel Shlank) of Branford. She is predeceased by her Husband Paul Esposito and a Sister Linda Mayer.
Annette had a love of the ocean and was an avid beachgoer, her other hobbies included crocheting and shopping. She always took great care of herself and loved to dress up. One of Annette’s dreams was to travel with her husband to Italy which she was able accomplish twice. She was an excellent mother and friend and will be missed dearly and will be forever in the hearts of many. A special thank you to CT Hospice for their kindness and care and to Annette’s Daughter-in-Law Kim McLaughlin who spent many nights beside her aiding in her care.
Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a graveside service on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM in East Lawn Cemetery, 58 River St. East Haven.Funeral services are in the care of Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven.
