Palma Delaney 95 of East Haven passed away September 25, 2021. She was born October 12, 1925 in Peekskill, NY to Emanuel and Beatrice (Witaker) Patsy. Palma is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Donna Rollier (widow of Stephen Rollier) of East Haven and a son, Donald Delaney Jr. (Virginia) of NY. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Robert Thomas of Louisiana, 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a sister, Joan Travis of NY. Palma is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Delaney (2000), daughter, Paula Thomas and a sister, Marlene Greene. Palma Delaney grew up in Westchester, NY and married the man of her dreams, Donald Delaney. Together they thrived in the restaurant & hotel business until later years when Palma changed her career to Nannie & home care giver. Palma moved to CT after the passing of her husband Donald. Palma enjoyed the last 20 years playing bingo & casino trips with all her friends at the East Haven Senior Center. Family will receive friends from 12 .PM. (Noon) until the time of a brief service at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be at a later date in New York.
